Delete your account in Chasebook

1. Open Chasebook and go to your account settings.
2. Choose Delete account and review what will be removed.
3. Sign in again with the same Apple or Google account, then type DELETE to confirm.

Chasebook deletes the account and associated Chasebook-owned data, clears the signed-in state on that device, and returns the app to guest mode. The operation is designed to be safe to retry if a connection is interrupted.

Request deletion off-device

If you cannot use the in-app control, email us from the address connected to your Chasebook account. Use the subject Delete my Chasebook account and include the sign-in method you use (Apple, Google, or email). We will reply with any steps needed to verify ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

Once verified, the request covers your Chasebook account and synced account data, including collection records, containers, wishlists, set preferences, notification preferences, registered push tokens, price alerts, and Chasebook entitlement links associated with that account.

We may retain limited transaction, security, backup, or deletion records when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute purposes. Deleting Chasebook data does not delete records controlled independently by Apple, Google, or your sign-in provider.

If you used Sign in with Apple and Chasebook still appears under your Apple ID after deletion, you can remove it under Sign-In & Security in your Apple Account settings.

Subscriptions

Account deletion does not itself cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel the subscription in the store that billed you to prevent future renewals. A previously paid non-renewing or lifetime purchase can also become unavailable after the account and its entitlement link are deleted.
